Description:
Sling installer can duplicate factory configurations on opposite node if
configuration is changed on local cluster node:
Reproducible on RDMBK-DB2 cluster environment.

Please have a look at the 16:46 occurrence. Just changing on the secondary
cluster via OSGi Console, e.g. the audit.log log level from INFO to ERROR, you
should get the same duplication.
