first version added in new commons project:
https://github.com/apache/sling/tree/trunk/bundles/commons/fscontentparser
this impl covers all features we curently need for sling-mock and fsresource.
i will also have a look at the ContentXmlHandler from IDE tooling to see what
is missing.
