The {{META-INF/vault/settings.xml}} is very often not explicitly maintained (as
this is created automatically by the {{content-package-maven-plugin}}.
Therefore it would probably make sense to allow to maintain that list. The list
in Preferences->Team->Ignored Resources is also not matching the requirements.
