Funny - I can't claim I know what I'm talking about but IIRC, the
webconsole has some funcky stuff in place which allows you to get
information in JSON format if you append .json to the request :-).

Try:

http://localhost:8080/system/console/bundles/org.apache.sling.commons.json.json

that should get you the info in JSON format (can't check right now).
