To not complicate things, why not use the hc.name as in implicit, automatic
tag? Access would work with
http://localhost:4502/system/health/My%20Health%Check, or one particular check
could be excluded using
http://localhost:4502/system/health/mytag,-My%20Health%Check (Also in respect
to SLING-6805)
