Karl Pauls resolved SLING-6679.

Resolution: Fixed
I think we are basically done with this issue. All sub-issues are resolved and
the affected bundles are released.
I realize that there are a few bundles left with dependencies commons.json but
at least all bundles needed for the launchpad are migrated. I think we should
create new issues for outstanding migrations when we need them.
