The JMX Beans for queues always has empty values. In a nutshell, the event impl
creates a new QueueBeanImpl for each Queue and that in turn, will only report
statistics if the Queue is instanceof Statistics (which AFAIK never is the
case). It should at a minimum get the statistics object from the
queue.getStatistics() method if the queue isn't an instanceof.
