For the moment the code signing service is expired ( see blocking issue
INFRA-14402 ) so we need to wait for a bit.
Also, another idea regarding the signing is to rerun all goals which assemble
the repository again in place after the signing, perhaps things will work. But
all of this has to wait for the code signing to work again.
