Thanks for the feedback, I have fixed all the issues that you mention, and
replaced the [TOC] with an HTML comment for now.
The current conversion is at https://sling.apache.org/ng - as mentioned earlier
links within pages might lead to sling.apache.org instead of this /ng/ variant
as they are absolute. But links from the left menu as well as
https://sling.apache.org/ng/sitemap.html are correct, and the download page
(which uses a CGI script from apache.org) looks good at
https://sling.apache.org/ng/downloads.cgi
I'll discuss the next steps on our dev list.
