I kind of know how to use the {{-p}} option of {{patch}}. The problem is that I 
think you provided a patch on top of a previous local commit - see 
{{src/test/java/org/apache/sling/scripting/sightly/impl/engine/extension/ModifiableRequestPathInfoTest.java}}
 in the patch file.
