ANDing tags is certainly useful, like for example executing all HCs related to
security AND content repository, or performance AND publishing.

Agreed, though the terminology in {{HealthCheckExecutionOptions}} [1] is
"combineTagsWithOr", I suggest using the same name for this new property.
