Fix For: Launchpad Base 2.6.24
We should update to the latest Felix Framework 5.6.8 as it brings some
potential performance improvements for log4j (in some edge cases), fixes a
lifecycle handling bug (where bundles could uninstall themselves inside the
event thread - causing them to end-up in a bad state), and fixes an issue with
certain linux versions which would cause the framework to not start-up.
