Starting with SLING-6668 and SLING-6780, the JS Use Provider bundle needs to 
define an explicit dependency to the {{org.apache.sling.scripting.javascript}} 
bundle, since it requires the presence of a compatible JavaScript 
{{ScriptEngine}} in the platform.
