Ah yes good point about {{rep:policy}} ! But I don't think repoinit should
silently escape invalid paths, those should cause an error.
So it looks like we have agreement about supporting {{+ @ :}} in PATH_STRING.
I'm fairly busy know but if someone has a patch with tests I'm happy to review.
