Thanks. After pulling the latest changes, the only thing I see changed when
I do a build is the timestamp in the feed.xml which is expected.

However, the time is wrong since it is in local time yet doesn't include
the timezone. So since I'm 6 hours behind you, even though the feed was
last updated 2 hours ago, when I do a build the updated timestamp is 4
hours behind the last build.

I'll try to figure out what's causing that.
