[~nmwael] I have moved this issue to next release as was not able to figure out
easy way to add the capapbility in additive manner i.e. have bnd compute
defaults and then have the MetricRegistry added to the default. Would try to
figure it out using some macro to see if its possible
In the meantime if you can provide any patch to achieve the same then we can
use that also and cut a new release
