We should have a closer look at how Apache Maven is doing it with the help of
https://github.com/stephenc/asf-gitpubsub-jenkins-plugin. This plugin supports
ASF Gitbox. Just using plain git as source for multibranching means a lot of
overhead (since an actual git clone is necessary to figure out all branches).
The best case though would be to either use the Jenkinsfile from the according
repo or as fallback a global one.
