Validation API and Validation Core is also defined in the base provisioning
model (slingstart). To allow merging with the versions being explicitly
specified in the provisioning model of the Validation Core IT the same feature
name needs to be used (as documented in
https://sling.apache.org/documentation/development/slingstart.html#model-merging).
