[~rombert], the plan was to ensure newer versions of Maven Surefire and
Failsafe Plugins work on CI also (see SLING-7347).
I will downgrade {{maven-failsafe-plugin}} to {{2.18.1}} in Scripting Core and
switch build to every 5 min. If build does *not* stabilize I'm fine with
releasing 33.
