[~rombert], please check my comment from \[0\]. The staged launchpad uses
{{org.apache.sling.i18n}} 2.5.10, which seems to have introduced a bug into how
{{basename}} is handled by the {{ResourceBundleProvider}}. The bug was fixed
with SLING-7421, but unfortunately there are not tests for this in the {{i18n}}
bundle.
I think we need to drop the launchpad release from staging, provide some tests
for SLING-7421, release {{org.apache.sling.i18n}} 2.5.12 and restart the
launchpad release with this updated dependency.
