To clarify the impact of this bug: Whenever a resource bundle with a certain
basename is requested the key of any dictionary might be returned (even of
another one without the basename). This is clearly violating the specs of
https://sling.apache.org/documentation/bundles/internationalization-support-i18n.html#resourcebundle-with-base-names
and IMHO is quite critical.
