If creating a synthetic resource under /content/www/my-synthetic, the conf
under /conf/www is not picked up, /conf/global is.
I'll try and get a sample package to help troubleshoot. I'm mostly creating
this so I can reference in comments for my project.
This was tested on AEM 6.3.1
