A side-effect of the refactoring is the correcting of the resource change
listener flushing the cache. It used to be registered on the root and only
flush the cache if there are changes on one of the search paths. However the
script resolver is using different paths as the search paths. This is now
corrected and the listener is registered for the configured paths
