Note that the Oltu project is likely to move to http://attic.apache.org/ soon [1], becoming inactive with no new releases. That's not an immediate problem, but if you need changes in Oltu at some point it's a bit more complicated. I suppose Sling could "adopt" the relevant Oltu modules if needed.
