Description:
Whenever {{encodeForHtml}} is called with a string containing a unicode
character escapes
(https://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-escapes#answer), the {{&}} gets
escaped again. I.e. {{✅}} becomes {{✅}}.

Attached is a patch with a failing test.
