There is now a proposal in
https://github.com/kwin/sling-org-apache-sling-servlets-annotations.
[~cziegeler] Can you have a look?
I am not sure though about the naming of the artifact id and the package names.
There is also accompanying ITs in
https://github.com/kwin/sling-org-apache-sling-servlets-annotations-it.
Unfortunately the prefix handling of servlets seems to be broken. Can someone
else have a look at that as well?
