With [384065: Enhancement: Source lookup for dynamically loaded code - Avoiding
"Source not found" when debugging Maven
dependencies|https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=384065] m2e seems to
have added a debug mechanism which might be related to our own debug
enhancements.
Filing this issue to make sure we investigate it once Photon is out and more
widely used.
