Fix For: Feature Model 0.1.4
The feature model currently has the additional concept of an application;
however an application is just an assembled list of features with the addition
of a framework artifact (which is optional).
Instead of defining this additional first class citizen, we can just leverage
Feature. Actually the code to assemble an application is internally based on
features anyway
