The PrivilegesInfo#getEffectiveAccessControlEntries only appears to reflect the
permissions on lowest node in the requested hierarchy that has an ACL, rather
than aggregating all entries.
A similar problem was corrected for the Effective ACL Servlet with SLING-2600
The same correction needs to also be done in the PrivilegesInfo class.
