Installation of packages is currently bound to individual packages being
processed by a PackageTransformer and bein installed via the Vault
PackageManger API.
For an optimized deployment of application content there lately was the
addition of a filesystem based registry and implementation of executionplans.
To make efficient use of those vault additions a SlingRepositoryInitializer
needs to be implemented to pick up configured ExecutionPlans and execute those.
