Fix For: App CMS 0.10.2
Currently the CMS uses Summernote, however this requires jQuery and is not
easily configurable via resources. By switching to Wysihtml instead, we could
remove the dependency on jQuery and both integrate the RTE look and feel and
configure it at a granular level from the resource structure.
