Worked around the problem by not using pom dependencies in
[sling-org-apache-sling-launchpad-testing commit
7dab254|https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-launchpad-testing/commit/7dab254].
[~cziegeler] - I noticed that when using pom dependencies for the feature model
slingstart and slingfeature artifacts are expanded, but not removed for the
merged provisioning model. Is this something can can/should be fixed in the
provisioning model/maven plugin?
