Currently it requires a lot of code to get the relevant resource bundle
provider for a specific key if you don't have the {{SlingHttpServletRequest}}
at hand. There should be a simple way of getting a composite resource bundle
provider which has the same logic as
https://github.com/apache/sling-org-apache-sling-i18n/blob/4ffa8baeabea6f03e03d382c224572789a84c4f8/src/main/java/org/apache/sling/i18n/impl/I18NFilter.java#L192.
