Fix For: Sling Eclipse IDE 1.2.4
With Tycho 1.1.0 a [release workflow based on the
maven-release-plugin|https://wiki.eclipse.org/Tycho/Release_Workflow] is
possible.
The release process must be updated anyway after the module restructuring, so
this would be a good time to also update to the latest Tycho version and use
the maven-release-plugin, hopefully simplifying the release process.
