The conversion of contentpackage to feature model currently has a bug for
factory configurations. The osgi installer by appending a unique (named)
identifier to the FactoryPID via dash {{-}} while the json based osgi
configurations expect the name to be appended with tilde {{~}}
The converter needs to be fixed to identify factory configurations and produced
the correct syntax according to
