We should allow a different launcher implementation to be used for the Feature 
Model Launcher by looking one up via the ServiceLoader. Furthermore, it should 
be possible to specify the framework artefact to use (instead of just the felix 
version). While we at it, we might as well update the default felix version to 
the just released 6.0.3.
