There is one remaining issue with the Azur Event Hubs support.
The assetTopic method does not work correctly even if the topic exists. During
my evaluation of Event Hubs I was not able to dig more into it. So I removed
the assert code when did a demo.
For actual usage of Azure Event Hubs we either need a config to switch off
topic assertions or we need to solve how to check topics with event hubs.
