In complex projects with a lot of features, potentially several aggregated
features, there might be a lot of overlap in terms of artifacts that need to be
scanned when all features are analysed. This results in multiple artifacts
being scanned over and over again, slowing down the analysis process.
A simple in memory cache in the scanner avoids this
