Fix For: Feature Model Launcher 1.0.4
The feature model launcher runs a merge operation on the provided feature
files. For this it consults configured merge extensions, such as the Content
extension and the API Regions extension.
Some of the extensions are configurable via the {{builderContext}}, however
currently the launcher does not have the ability to the extension configuration
to the builder context.
