Converting Content Packages will have to be converter for a while until
everything is migrated to Feature Model. Many Sling customers will have to work
with both worlds and so a Content Package Conversion done from within a Maven
POM file would make it easier to automate this.
The plugin would expose the CP Converter's CLI api as configuration parameters
and also copy the converted packages into the local Maven repo if requested.
