Fix For: Connection Timeout Agent 1.0.2
The connection timeout agent forks a different JVM to be able to run the tests
with the agent loaded. This means that coverage data is currently not available
and it would be very good to have it.
It may be possible to gather that data by adding the jacoco agent to the forked
JVM invocation.
