[~rombert], The Starter Content now requires Scripting JavaScript *and*
Scripting HTL (SLING-8616) without declaring proper dependencies. Can we reduce
dependencies and use Scripting JavaScript only? Otherwise I will create a
minimal content bundle/package (for Karaf) which is also fine for me.
