The update-feature-versions plugin currently only allows to update to the
latest version found, which in some cases might not be the right thing
We should allow to update to a specific version and to just the highest version
without changing the major version. For example if an artifact is on 1.2.3 it
should update to the highest 1.x version, but not to any 2.x version
