Sling Feature Maven Plugin is not building anymore due to change into the Extension API Regions

Hi Carsten

I added a fix for the change of getRegions() in the Sling Feature Maven Plugin 
and also added a Usage page to the site docu.

Let me know if the docu should be different or if my documentation is wrong.
