Fix For: slingfeature-maven-plugin 1.1.8
When the api jars are created, there is no information whether the required api
is really contained in the jars or only partially available. For example
missing source for an artifact is not considered an error.
Therefore a report should be provided where at least it's visible of what is
missing (if any)
