To allow rapid testing and evaluation of the App CMS and its components having
a accessible docker image hosted in hub.docker.com would provide a method for
public access and testing of the app.
This would require to create a Dockerfile that can create a docker image.
Update pipeline to publish Docker image to hub.docker.com
