Carsten Ziegeler resolved SLING-9002.

Resolution: Fixed
Moved the web console related plugins to a separate package and the web console
plugin is now registered using DS (instead of by the SlingMainServlet).
I've also moved from hand craftet service properties to annotation based once
where possible
