First all all - thanks Andy for your persistence. This is taking quite
a long time, but I am sure that in the end we'll get to the best
solution.

Indeed, this raised a flag for me, but I was unable to find a better
name. Quickstart is indeed perfectly suited for my (admittedly biased)
mind. Launchpad was nice as well, but that's what we get for burning
through implementations :-)

I see some confusion potential where people would be applying AEM
quickstart knowledge to the Sling quickstart and vice-versa.

I think your list is a good start, adding some potential options as
well: quicklaunch, trebuchet, runway, blastoff, takeoff, liftoff,
kickoff, spawn, fling.

Thanks,
Robert
