As the referrer is very often disabled in browsers one should IMHO rather rely 
on the origin header to prevent such kind of attack 
(https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/Origin). AFAIK the 
origin header cannot be disabled!
