Similar to what we have for the provisioning model, we should support feature
archives. An archive contains the feature model and the mentioned artifacts (in
the bundles section and in the extensions).
This way, a feature together with its artifacts can be easily distributed in a
single file.
As discussed in the mailing list, we recommend to use the extension "far" for
such feature archives.
We also might want to add an option to compress the archive on creation.
